These kind of snacks are called ‘chatar-patar’ in our family because we love to munch them. The best thing about this Murmura Bhel is that it is a low-calorie, no-guilt snack & yet, it will fulfill those tea-time hunger pangs with ease! 🙂 The recipe is easy & a lot of fun!
Ingredients:
- 3 bowls Puffed Rice (Murmura)
- 1 big Onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Bengal Gram/Dark Brown Peas (Channe)
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 2-3 sprigs Fresh Coriander finely chopped
- 1 pinch Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds (Saunf)
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt as per taste
- Sugar as per taste
- Red Chilly powder as per taste
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl. Adjust as per taste & enjoy!
